We stayed at this resort in March 2002 and it was th worst and most expensive Caribbean resort we have ever been to...The rooms were dark and had ants...you had to ask for brighter lightbulbs...the steps to the higher rooms were not safe...you were given an all-inclusive band on arriving but still had to checkin everytime for breakfast, lunch and dinner and could only get 2 drinks per person at one time from the bar.
Not to be insulting to the older generation..but it was like a SAGA holiday..the bars shut at 10pm..10.30 if you were lucky...
the evening entertainment was dire...the staff couldnt give a stuff if you were happy or not (excluding reception..who were great)...
The resort is in need of a major refurb of facilities and staff management....maybe if the management looked after their staff better they would be happier!!
We asked to be moved after 4 days but were told it would cost us £3,000..which after paying for this holiday we could no-way afford..
AVOID THIS RESORT IF YOU WANT THE OPTION OF SOMETHING TO DO OTHER THAN PLAY MONOPOLY..!!
