Las Brisas, Guardalavaca 06/27/01

I will admit that my trip to Las Brisas Resort and Villas in Guaradalavaca, Cuba was my first, but I still recommend this as the place to go. I went down with my family (I am just a teenager), and it was the best week of my life. You meet people from all around the world, and it is a once in a lifetime trip. The staff at the hotel is magnificent and are truly helpful. They make you feel right at home, as do any of the visitors. You can participate in a wide variety of activities, and can always rely on one of the bartenders to make you a nice, relaxing drink. (I recommend a "Ron Punch"!) There are tons of activities from tennis to the catamarans to keep you busy, with entertaining shows at night. I would recommend spending that little bit of extra money to go swimming with the dolphins, it was a great experience. The only bad thing about this resort is having to leave. After being there for a week, you do not want to go back home. You make many new friends, not only with other vacationers, but with the resort staff as well. This makes it very difficult to leave, for they have become a part of your family. No matter your age, you will definitely enjoy your vacation here, and will want to go back. Las Brisas truly is a Caribbean Paradise.
