Managed by Persia Stout of areana villas this is a true villa, with a main house, consisting of 2 large bedrooms, a great room, full size dining room (seats 10 easily), a small pool and a guest house which contained a very large bedroom, small kitchen and full bath. Parents and kids both get some privacy or couples can enjoy some time alone too. Situated on the West end of Tortola it overlooks Long Bay, and looks across to Jost Van Dyke, with St Thomas off in the distance. Secluded and gorgeous, you can watch the surf crashing against the shore during the day, or fall asleep to it by nite. A small staff cleans daily and maintains the pool. They will shop for incidentals if you ask politely. I almost hate to write this review because it is so special there. The beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk down the hill, and is practically private as I never saw more than 1 or 2 people along its 2 or 3 mile length. The Villa is breathtaking and the view day or night is beyond words. Restaurants are nearby at Long Bay resort, Sebastians, Coco Plum or Sopers Hole. Night life is also nearby at the world famous Bomba's Shack (home of the famous full moon party), and at Cane Garden Bay at any one of several beach bars, of which Myett's is the best with top notch food and entertainment. Head into town and visit Ed and Cheryl at the Virgin Queen Bar for the Islands best pizza, or head over to Pussers if you're in the mood for some real partying. Be sure to charter a crewed sail boat for a day and go Island hopping, snorkling and sailing. We stayed for 2 weeks and have already made plans to return. If this isn't paradise, I'll take it anyway.
