Tropical Escape 03/21/2005

Tropical Escape is a nice and friendly place to stay in. The rooms are clean, comfortable and air-conditioned. Food is good with something to cater to all tastes. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Obviously one has to cross the road to get to the beach, however the road is not exactly a huge one, and there is access to the beach through an equally pleasant path via "The Blue Monkey"- a bar that attracts lots of young and older people alike. Parasols at the beach may be slightly hard to get unless you get there pretty early to set yourself up for the day! Buses to Bridgetown and Speightstown can be caught from outside the hotel and are very regular (you have to try the yellow buses for a thrilling ride!!!!) Overall it was pleasant staying there.
