Virgin has done some upgrading to the place, the food is excellent - always a varied choice of menu, both in Sandys and the homey Chattel House. The rooms are spotless and linen, towels etc changed daily. The rooms were cleaned every day before 11.00am which is good. The beach is not so good, but to the right of the hotel there is an excellent beach, both for swimming and snorkelling. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is certainly not a 4 star but a very good 3 star, having said that it is not 4 star priced - overall value for money.
