If you are European don't expect this place to be five star as advertised. It's more like three star. Rooms are small, bathrooms have old and tired fittings. Make sure you ask for the brand (eg Gordons) or you will get cheap version spirits. It will still taste like its been watered down but at least it started out as a reputable brand. Pools also in need of refurb - tiles broken, brouting dirty.
Staff are surly - don't expect to be able to use any business facilities until the staff have finished with them. No cash facilities - which inhibits your use of competing (much cheaper) facilites on the beach (eg fishing.
However, food is good and restaurants varied, albeit very Americanised.
Overall, if you are used to 5 star european/asian resorts - think of Sandals as 3/4 star and you won't be disappointed but if you want 5 star don't go.
