This friendly hotel located in Varadero has very good and quick service by all the staff. Never wanted very long for anything not even for the plumber to fix our tub. The beach is nice but not as nice the the Gulf side of the island. Rooms large with 2 double beds and a complete bathroom, perfect for 2 adults. Lots of excursions with prices ranging from $25 - $129 US funds of course. Only 1 restaurant to eat at, same food daily for the entire trip: fish, pork, chicken and pizza, got very boring. Men must wear pants for each dinner or you don't get in, also you must make a reservation and sit at the same table for the whole trip, didn't like that much. The wait staff have small sections to look after so service is very good indeed. The so called stock fridge that is included with the room is stocked every second day with water,pop,rum no munchies would have been perfect. 30 minutues from the airport, and getting in was easy but big lineups heading home. Also the Sunquest flight did a free for all boarding, not but row but just "okay" come on in, not a good idea at all. Over all listed as a 4 star but more like a very good3. I wouldn't go back to the same hotel but the trip was nice with a good price.
