Seasons 03/26/2004
Reviewers Rating: Excellent
I do not expect great food in the Caribbean - good, not great. Thus Seasons was a pleasant surprise for us, and nor we were disappointed when we came back for a subsequent visit. The site is charming, the service is excellent, albeit a little slow by North American standards, and the food creatively selected, well-prepared, and well presented: altogether a real pleasure (though a purist might fault the pesto sauce as noticeably unauthentic in taste). We have visited eight Caribbean islands since 1990 - a total of about three months of hotel and off-site restaurant meals - and Seasons was the best of them all. This was the best restaurant experience we have had in the Caribbean - and far from the most expensive!
