My family has found that one of the great pleasures of travel is the "flavor" added by dining on international cuisine. We were pleased to find this unique "flavor" in our recent trip to Tortola, BVI when we dined at Fat Hog Bob's which is located in beautiful Maya's Cove. The eclectic restaurant menu combines traditional caribbean favorites (such as conch fritters, shrimp, or lobster) with more traditional American/International foods (steak, BBQ ribs, baked potatoes, fries). The menu offered a "sabatical" for my children who after several days were tiring from spiced and jerked entrees, while my husband and I continued with our caribbean regimen. I would highly recommend this restaurant for it's hospitality and ambiance.
